Humulene is what gives beer its distinct 'hoppy' aroma; also found in coriander, among other naturally occurring substances. While being considered to be anti-tumor, anti-bacterial, and anti-inflammatory, it also aids in weight loss by acting as an appetite suppressant.
Limonene
A citrusy terpene responible for the fresh aroma of oranges, lemons, and limes. This organic plant compound plays a major role in fruit rinds, juniper and peppermint, and several pine needle oils. Limonene not only promotes a general uplift in mood and attitude, is suppresses the growth of many species of fungi and bacteria. While undergoing clinical trials for the treatment of breast cancer, limonene was also found to promote weight-loss.

I am someone with a very active mind, especially at night. It would keep me up for hours and no matter what I tried (and I tried a lot) or how tired I was, I could not fall asleep. Ever since taking Tiva, I have had no problem falling asleep. I can’t explain why because it doesn’t make me feel tired, or out of it, but for some reason when I take it an hour or so before bed, I can fall asleep with ease and the best part about it, you wake feeling refreshed and have a good energy for the day.. My husband has had difficulty sleeping for years and takes ibuprofen several times a day for lower back and knee pain.We decided to try TIVA as recommended by a friend. The first night he slept the entire night without waking up. We thought it was a fluke and were initially skeptical. However, he continued to take TIVA daily and 4 weeks later, he has continued to sleep much better each night and the pain has diminished to the point where it is no longer necessary to take ibuprofen daily.
